WINEMAKING PROCESS: MODERN AND TRADITIONAL TECHNOLOGIES
To achieve a wine whose aromatic display of fruits and spices is particularly generous and its soft and complex tannins, we use a combination of high technologies in both the grape production and the winemaking process: drip irrigation, capacity analysis absorption of the soil with captors, measurement of wind erosion and other 30 parameters monitored by satellite, thermoregulatory stainless steel tanks to control fermentation processes.
WHAT WE DIFFERENCE: A TRADITIONAL SAVOIR FAIRE
But technology is nothing without the hand of man, that is why in the elaboration of our wines, both the manual harvesting and selection of the clusters and the manual microvinification are differentiating elements that guarantee a high taste quality.

CRAFTSMANSHIP TECHNIQUE
The complexity of the wine, its architecture as well as its unique character come from the terroir and the artisanal fermentation technique carried out entirely or in part, directly in French oak barrels with manual “pigeage”.
HIGH-END WINES
HIGH-END WINES
HEDERA
HEDERA (Latin word) is the ivy that crowns the head of Dionysus, the god of wine. Due to its vigor, this plant represents the feminine vital force, its evergreen leaves as well as the possibility of bearing fruit in winter make it a symbol of immortality. Hidden powers have been attributed to it since ancient times, such as avoiding the effects of alcohol. Because of his link with Dionysus, taverns and wine shops used to place bouquets of ivy on their doors.
