The ocean that separates Argentina from France could not prevent the reencounter between loved ones and the return to their roots. This multicultural winemaking project gave birth to this ZANCHETTA family project, which reflects their taste for adventure and their passion for wine.

The winery and vineyard were created by a friend of the family Jean Luis Raffy with whom I had the pleasure of sharing, for several years, our passion for wine. Now, with my family, we follow in his footsteps developing the project and betting on excellence.

PHILOSOPHY
In addition to the requirements for the production of Premium wines, which are characterized by the constant search for an intense and pleasurable taste, and the intention to go beyond fashions and standardization, several concerns related to the well-being of the body and the spirit are present in our minds.

“For me, the search for oenological enjoyment through a wide and intense taste palette goes hand in hand with research on the health benefits of a high-quality red wine, as long as it is made without pesticides or chemical additives. My philosophy is to combine these two perfectly compatible aspects in the production of my wines. I think that is the true meaning of ‘high-end’. “
“In other words, I want you to like it, enjoy it, feel good, share it and also that you don’t have any headache the next day, as we do not add tartaric acid.”
OUR PEOPLE
Philippe Zanchetta, an atypical winemaker.
Born in Brittany (France), of Italian descent, Philippe Zanchetta obtained two doctorates: the first in Dental Surgery and the second in Life and Health Sciences, for which he obtained a PhD degree in the specialty of “molecular biochemistry” which led him to work for more than 10 years as a researcher at the Université de Bretagne Occidentale. His passion for wine, an area in which he has also trained extensively in France, Canada, Italy and Spain, complete his atypical trajectory that allows him to apply his research skills and his interest in health to the creation of his own wines.
